Kellen Maloney is the Founder and CEO of Eastside Environmental Pros. With 10 years of experience in environmental research and consulting, Kellen is a professional wetland scientist (PWS) recognized by the Society of Wetland Scientists. Graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Environmental Science, Kellen is passionate about creating healthier ecosystems. Outside of work, Kellen enjoys playing music, hiking, backpacking, and kayaking adventures with family and friends.

Emily Newton-Weideman
Ecologist
Emily Newton-Weideman is a lead ecologist with a degree in Environmental Science from California State University, Fresno, with an emphasis in botany, geology, and hydrology. Her previous work experience includes research and monitoring at the California Department of Fish and Wildlife with the San Joaquin River Restoration Program for Chinook Salmon reintroduction, and studying and maintaining populations of Drosophila suzukii at the United States Department of Agriculture. Outside of work, Emily enjoys training for marathons, hiking, culinary endeavors, and botanical drawing.

Ashley Moyer
Environmental Project Coordinator
Ashley Moyer is an environmental project coordinator with a degree in Psychology and Business from the University of Oregon. With over 12 years of experience in sales, marketing, and project coordination, she has specialized in sustainable industries like hazardous waste disposal and solar energy. Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Ashley is passionate about nature and outdoor activities like hiking, climbing, and snowboarding. It is her top priority to help protect these beautiful areas so future generations can enjoy them, too.

Adrianna Scott
Landscape Designer
Adrianna Scott is a talented landscape designer and proud University of Washington graduate. With a degree in Landscape Architecture, she specializes in creating detailed graphics to help clients understand critical areas. Her expertise extends to developing comprehensive plans for native habitat restoration, essential for environmental permitting and resolutions. Raised in Pullman, Adrianna considers Washington her true home and loves exploring the state’s west side, enjoying its food, environment, and vibrant community through music and dance.
